Description:

Розрахунки за фактично виконану послугу проводяться згідно підписаних актів приймання-передачі виконаної послуги між Замовником та Виконавцем. Платежі за фактично виконану послугу Замовник проводить протягом 10-ти календарних днів з дня підписання Сторонами актів приймання-передачі виконаної послуги, при наявності фінансування з бюджету міста. Послуга, виконана Виконавцем з порушенням діючих норм, не підлягає оплаті до усунення вказаних Замовником недоліків. Категорія замовника – орган державної влади та орган місцевого самоврядування, зазначені у пункті 1 частини першої статті 2 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі». Вид закупівлі: спрощена закупівля – для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт – 1,5 мільйона гривень.
