Description:

Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється на підставі статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Розрахунки здійснюються шляхом перерахування безготівкових коштів Покупцем на поточний рахунок Продавця, наведений в цьому Договорі, на підставі Специфікації (Додаток № 1 до Договору) та видаткової накладної, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок
