Замовник може передбачити здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, які закуповуються за бюджетні кошти за умови належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів щодо розміру та строків здійснення попередньої оплати та відсутністю заборони на здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти. Замовник сплачує вартість прийнятих від Підрядника Робіт на підставі Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою № КБ-3, складеної відповідно до Акту приймання виконаних робіт за формою № КБ-2в з відомістю ресурсів, Акту вартості устаткування та згідно Акту відшкодування витрат по первинному технічному огляду ліфта, не пізніше 30-ти (тридцяти) банківських днів після надходження коштів на вказані цілі на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
