Оплата у розмірі 100 % ціни Договору здійснюється протягом 180 банківських днів після повного закінчення Підрядником всіх Робіт, підписання останнього Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт Замовником і здачі Об’єкта в експлуатацію. Розрахунок за виконані Роботи Замовник має право здійснити на свій вибір або шляхом перерахування грошових коштів, або шляхом емісії простого векселя (векселів). Вексель (векселі) видаються Замовником на суму фактично виконаних Підрядником Робіт. За наявності фінансування Замовник має право, але не зобов’язаний здійснити повну або часткову попередню оплату Робіт.
