Критерії оцінки пропозицій: Оцінка пропозицій здійснюється на основі єдиного критерію – «Ціна». До оцінки пропозицій приймається сума, що становить загальну вартість пропозиції учасника, в тому числі з урахуванням включення до ціни податку на додану … вартість (ПДВ), інших податків та зборів, що передбачені чинним законодавством. У разі якщо учасник є платником ПДВ відповідно до законодавства, такий учасник обов’язково зазначає ціну з урахування ПДВ. У разі якщо учасник не є платником ПДВ відповідно до законодавства, такий учасник обов’язково зазначає ціну без урахування ПДВ. Методика оцінки пропозицій: в зв’язку з застосуванням єдиного критерію «Ціна», методика оцінки не передбачається.
