В зв’язку з тим, що Замовник не має можливості надати роз’яснення на звернення учасників спрощеної закупівлі протягом одного робочого дня з дня їх оприлюднення, чим порушено ч.7 с.14 Закону України, Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону, оскільки не має неможливості усунути порушення, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
