Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до внесених змін до пункту 3.1 розділу Х Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (у редакції з урахуванням Закону №1599 від 01.07.2021 «Про внесення зміни до розділу X "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Закону України … "Про публічні закупівлі" щодо виключення можливості здійснення закупівель без використання електронної системи закупівель») щодо закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг, пов’язаних з боротьбою проти COVID-19 Замовником, який відповідно до Розпорядження Керівника робіт з ліквідації наслідків медико-біологічної надзвичайної ситуації природного характеру регіонального рівня у зв’язку з епідемічною ситуацією на території Київської області, спричиненою коронавірусом 2019 – NCOV № 44 від 30.09.2021 року є лікарнею першої хвилі, що надає стаціонарну медичну допомогу пацієнтам з гострою респіраторною хворобою COVID-19, спричиненою коронавірусом SARS-COV-2.
