Description:

Розрахунки за надані послуги Замовник здійснює протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг, за умови реєстрації Виконавцем податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку фактури. Якщо Виконавець не є платником Податку на додану вартість: Розрахунок за надані послуги Замовник здійснює протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг, та на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку фактури.
