За результатами розгляду пропозиції учасників ТОВ «Діском Юкрейн» та ТОВ «РЕСУРС ЕНЕРГО» процедури запиту ціни пропозицій за предметом закупівлі ДК 021:2015: 09130000-9 - Нафта і дистиляти (Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), виявлено підставу для відміни закупівлі, так як учасник ТОВ «Діском Юкрейн» згідно аукціону став переможцем, який за технічними характеристиками не підходить Замовнику, у зв’язку з відсутністю місця розташування автозаправок у м. Покровськ Донецької області де розташовано офіс Установи.
