Про відміну спрощеної закупівлі за предметом: Технічний нагляд за виконанням робіт по об'єкту «Реконструкція Недобоївського навчально-виховного комплексу (ДНЗ) по вул. Козацької слави, 15 в с. Недобоївці Дністровського району Чернівецької області (коригування)» згідно ДК 021:2015 71240000-2 Архітектурні, інженерні та планувальні послуги на суму 146784,12 грн. з ПДВ. Ідинтифікатор закупівлі UA-2021-10-20-004537-а. Відповідно до ч.1 п. 17 ст. 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі: відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг, з розірванням договору по закупівлі з предмету «Реконструкція Недобоївського навчально-виховного комплексу (ДНЗ) по вул.
