Розрахунки за надані послуги проводяться на підставі Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма № КБ-2в) (надалі – Акт), довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт (форма № КБ-3). Документи про надані послуги та їх вартість складаються і підписуються Виконавцем та передаються Замовнику. Замовник зобов’язаний підписати наданий йому Виконавцем Акт або обґрунтувати причини відмови від його підписання протягом 5 робочих днів з дня його одержання. Розрахунки за надані послуги проводяться протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня підписання цього Акту.
