Explanation

Згідно з п.2 ч.17 ст.14 Закону замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, а саме: при оприлюдненні оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі через авторизований електронний майданчик було помилково вказано очікувану вартість предмета закупівлі 54000,00 без ПДВ замість 54000,00 з ПДВ. Оскільки технічно не можливо вносити зміни до закупівлі в статусі «Подання пропозицій», то необхідно відмінити дану спрощену закупівлю з підстави, що передбачена п.2 ч.17 ст.14 Закону.
