Капітальний ремонт вхідних сходів у під’їзд з влаштуванням доступності в житловому будинку №5 на вул. Миколайчука у м. Львові

Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики викладено у Частині 2 Додатку №1 до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі. Вимоги до предмету закупівлі, визначені замовником, та проект договору оприлюднюються шляхом завантаження окремих … файлів (Додаток №1 до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі). Відповідно до ухвали Львівської міської ради від 04.04.2019р. № 4821 «Про затвердження Програми підтримки співвласників багатоквартирних будинків, об'єднань співвласників багатоквартирних будинків, що списані з балансу Львівських комунальних підприємств, а також співвласників багатоквартирних будинків ЖБК, у проведенні невідкладного ремонту, капітального ремонту, реконструкції, ремонтно-реставраційних робіт спільного майна у багатоквартирних будинках у м. Львові на 2019-2023 роки» зі змінами та доповненнями по даній закупівлі - Замовник 1 ("розпорядник коштів") виступає Шевченківська районна адміністрація ЛМР, а Змовником 2 ("учасник програми") від імені мешканців будинку №5 на вул. Миколайчука у м. Львові, виступає ЛКП «Балатон-409».
