Description:

Розрахунок за фактично виконані роботи здійснюється протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання Сторонами акту прмймання-здачі виконаних робіт. Замовник здійснює оплату у розміри 80% від суми договору фактично виконаних робіт на підставі акту приймання-здачі виконаних робіт, протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з дати його підписання та передачі Виконавцем Замовнику проєктно-кошторисної документації . Кінцевий розрахунок за виконані роботи з розробки проєктно-кошторисної документації у розмірі 20% від суми договору, Замовник здійснює після отримання позитивного висновку (звіту) експертизи на протязі 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів.
