Description:

3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 18000.00 грн. (вісімнадцять тисяч гривень 00 копійок ), в тому числі ПДВ 3600.00 грн. 3.2. Ціна цього Договору може бути зменшена за взаємною згодою Сторін. 3.3. Валютою Договору є національна валюта України. 3.4. Фінансування Договору здійснюється за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету 3.5. Оплата вартості товару відбувається шляхом оплати у безготівковій формі, згідно видаткових накладних. 3.6. Протягом всього періоду затримки бюджетного фінансування до Покупця не можуть застосовуватись штрафні санкції за порушення строків оплати за поставлений товар.
