Замовник має право здійснити попередню оплату з урахуванням положень Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» на строк не більше трьох місяців виконання Робіт (пункт 1 постанови КМУ № 1070 від 04.12.2019 - у разі оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів) у розмірі 30% вартості річного обсягу робіт. Попередня оплата здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів після надходження відповідних коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника, у встановленому законодавством порядку, з подальшим використанням зазначених коштів виконавцями робіт, виключно на цілі, визначені договором про закупівлю/
