Description:

Оплата прав на користування оновленнями ПЗ та Типового технічного супроводу ПЗ здійснюється Замовником за наступним графіком: До 31.01.2022 у розмірі 100% вартості надання права на використання оновлень ПЗ, зазначеної в 3.1 Договору, на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку-фактури. До 31.01.2022 у розмірі 25% вартості Типового технічного супроводу ПЗ, зазначеної в п.3.3 Договору, на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку-фактури. До 31.03.2022 у розмірі 25% вартості Типового технічного супроводу ПЗ, зазначеної в п.3.3 Договору, на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку-фактури. До 30.06.2022 у розмірі 25% вартості Типового технічного супроводу ПЗ, зазначеної в п.3.3 Договору, на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку-фактури. До 30.09.2022 у розмірі 25% вартості Типового технічного супроводу ПЗ, зазначеної в п.3.3 Договору, на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку-фактури. Оплата послуг АС здійснюється Замовником протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Акта наданих послуг АС (відповідно до підписаної заявки на виконання налаштувань та підписаного технічного завдання на виконання послуг) за виставленим Виконавцем рахунком-фактурою.
