Description:

Спосіб розрахунку за товар - безготівковий. 4.2. Розрахунок за товар проводиться лише за фактично отриманий товар на підставі належним чином оформлених документів, з можливістю відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року та при наявності бюджетних призначень на ці цілі. 4.3. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником протягом 10 робочих днів після пред’явлення Учасником рахунка на оплату товару (далі – Рахунок) та накладної на відвантаження, або після підписання Сторонами акту приймання - передачі товарів. 4.4.Ціна товару залишається незмінною до повного виконання сторонами зобов’язань за цим договором. 4.5.Усі платіжні документи за Договором оформлюються з дотриманням вимог законодавства. 4.6. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються відповідно до ст.49 з урахуванням положень ст. 23 Бюджетного кодексу України.
