Жорсткий диск Transcend StoreJet 25M3S 1ТВ, зовнішній, 2.5", USB Технічні та якісні характеристики товару визначені з урахуванням реальних потреб Замовника товару та оптимального співвідношення ціни та якості та повинні відповідати існуючим стандартам … (вимогам), що встановлені законодавством до товару відповідного характеру (ДСТУ, ТУ тощо). Товар повинен відповідати вимогам охорони праці, екології та пожежної безпеки. Технічні, якісні характеристики Товару передбачають застосування заходів із захисту довкілля. Товар повинен бути придатним для мети, з якою товар такого роду звичайно використовується. Постачальник гарантує високу якість товару, несе гарантійні обов'язки на товар та забезпечує ремонт або заміну неякісного товару за власний рахунок на протязі гарантійного строку на товар. Гарантійний строк – не менше 12 місяців. Строк поставки - протягом 10 днів з дня підписання договору. Розрахунки здійснюються шляхом оплати Замовником 100% вартості протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів після поставки товару за рахунок коштів загального фонду Державного бюджету України. Попередня оплата умовами Договору не передбачається.
