Між замовником та учасником переговорної процедури закупівлі не було укладено договір про закупівлю у встановлений Законом строк. Відповідно до пункту 5 частини 8 статті 40 Закону замовник відміняє переговорну процедуру закупівлі у разі не підписання договору про закупівлю у строк 35 днів з дня оприлюднення в електронній системі закупівель повідомлення про намір укласти договір про закупівлю. Закупівля підлягає відміні.
