Explanation

Відповідно до п.2 ч.1 ст.32 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник відміняє тендер у разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути. 10.01.2022 було оголошено закупівлю (UA-2022-01-10-002431-c) відповідно до оприлюдненого плану закупівель UA-P-2022-01-10-001244-c. При внесенні в план закупівель було допущено технічну помилку у сумі очікуваної вартості закупівлі. Порушення виявлено 24.01.2022р. вже під час кваліфікації учасників
