Замовником помилково вказано уточнюючий код до предмета закупівлі, а саме код 79212200-5 (послуги з проведення внутрішньої аудиторської перевірки), національного класифікатора “Єдиний закупівельний словник” ДК 021:2015, уточнюючий код який потрібно було вказати 79212300-6 (послуги з проведення обов’язкової аудиторської перевірки). Таким чином Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону оскільки неможливо усунути порушення, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель
