Розрахунок плати за перетікання реактивної електричної енергії на межі балансової належності електричних мереж здійснюється відповідно до Методики обчислення плати за перетікання реактивної електроенергії та оформляється згідно з Порядком розрахунків за перетікання реактивної електричної енергії. Рахунок формується відповідно до даних про фактичне споживання електричної енергіїх, зафіксованих у Звіті про використану електроенергію за відповідний звітний період. До рахунків додаються Акти прийняття-передавання електричної енергії.
