Explanation

Під час проведення Закупівлі встановлено порушення строків передбачених частиною п’ятнадцятою статті 14 Закону для укладення договору про закупівлю у зв’язку з надзвичайними, невідворотними та об’єктивними обставинами для Замовника, що підтверджені листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 №2024/02.0-7.1, а саме: військовою агресією російської федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану із 05 години 30 хвилин 24 лютого 2022 року строком на 30 діб, відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», що унеможливили дотримання цих строків. Таким чином, Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини сімнадцятої статті 14 Закону у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
