Відмінити спрощену закупівлю: Чорнило штемпельне, код 22610000-9 «Друкарська фарба» за ДК 021:2015, на підставі пункту 2 частини сімнадцятої статті 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
