Здійснення спрощеної закупівлі: Лист алюмінієвий, пруток алюмінієвий, код 14720000-4 «Алюміній, нікель, скандій, титан і ванадій» за ДК 021:2015 відповідно до норм Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у встановлені терміни стало неможливим внаслідок дії непереборної сили. Відмінити спрощену закупівлю: Лист алюмінієвий, пруток алюмінієвий, код 14720000-4 «Алюміній, нікель, скандій, титан і ванадій» за ДК 021:2015, на підставі пункту 2 частини сімнадцятої статті 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
