Під час проведення Закупівлі встановлено порушення строків розгляду пропозиції учасника, передбачених частиною 11 статті 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі - Закон). Таким чином, Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
