Відмінити переговорну процедуру закупівлі № UA-2022-03-21-003368-a згідно предмету закупівлі «Послуги з поводження з побутовими відходами» - код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник” – «ДК 021:2015-90510000-5 Утилізація сміття та поводження зі сміттям », з підстави, що передбачена ч. 8 ст. 40 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства щодо закупівель ( у зв’язку з воєнним станом оголошеного Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64 ‟Про введення воєнного стану в Україні” норми статті 17 Закону не можливо перевірити).
