Технічне обслуговування вентиляційних каналів від газових приладів повинно виконуватись згідно … «Правил безпеки систем газопостачання України», ДБН В.2.5-20-2001 «Газопостачання» та інших відповідних нормативних документів, спеціалізованими організаціями, які мають відповідний дозвіл на виконання робіт, спеціально підготовлений обслуговуючий атестований персонал, близько розташовані опорні пункти та наявність матеріально-технічної бази, наявність дозволу на виконання робіт по перевірці інструментальним методом кратності повітрообміну в газифікованих приміщеннях та надання технічних характеристик для проведення розрахунків на відсутність конденсату в димоходах (в разі заміни газових приладів).
