Шановні партнери! З метою закупівлі послуг, необхідних для здійснення життєдіяльності підприємства в умовах воєнного стану з урахуванням постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169, проводимо запит цінових пропозицій потенційних … виконавців з використанням електронної системи закупівель. Просимо усіх охочих надати цінові пропозиції (за формою, викладену у Додатку 1 Запрошення) на закупівлю наступного товару: Код ДК 021:2015 - 50730000-1 Послуги з ремонту і технічного обслуговування охолоджувальних установок (Послуги з технічного обслуговування кондиціонерів). Технічні завдання та інші вимоги до предмету закупівлі зазначені у Запрошені. Додаткова інформація: процедура «спрощена закупівля» не є пропозицією замовника на укладання договору по заявленій послузі, а є інструментом аналізу ринку та виявлення найбільш вигідних пропозицій. Договір про закупівлю відповідно до вимог Постанови постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169 може бути укладено з будь-яким учасником «спрощеної закупівлі» на підставі отриманих цінових пропозицій.
