Шановні партнери! З метою закупівлі Шаф абоненських поштових, АТ "Укрпошта" забезпечує прозорий та конкурентний відбір потенційного контрагента - конкурс. З учасником, пропозиція якого буде найбільш економічно вигідною, буде укладено договір з АТ … "Укрпошта" (відповідно до вимог Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.02.2022 року № 169 зі змінами). Для проведення такого конкурсу Замовник використовує електронну систему закупівель шляхом здійснення закупівель за типом «спрощена закупівля», у порядку аналогічному до порядку проведення спрощених закупівель згідно статті 14 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". При цьому, така закупівля не буде вважатися спрощеною у розумінні цього Закону, а договір (договір-рахунок), укладений за її результатами, договором про закупівлю.
