Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі - зазначена у Додатку 2 до документації. Терміни поставки в оголошенні наведені орієнтовні, детальна інформація щодо умов поставки визначена в умовах документації. Оцінка пропозицій … проводиться автоматично електронною системою закупівель на основі критеріїв і методики оцінки, зазначених у документації шляхом застосування електронного аукціону. Дата і час проведення електронного аукціону визначаються електронною системою закупівель автоматично. Критеріями оцінки є ціна з ПДВ (100%). З учасником, пропозиція якого буде найбільш економічно вигідною, буде укладено договір з АТ "Укрпошта" (відповідно до вимог Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.02.2022 року No 169 зі змінами).
