Фільтрувальні протигази СМ-6 в комплектації, вказаній в оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі

Категорія замовника визначена відповідно до п. 3 ч. 4 ст. 2 Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та деяких інших законодавчих актів України щодо вдосконалення публічних закупівель» від 19.09.2019 року № 114 – … ІХ. Закупівля здійснюється на підставі вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.02.2022 №169 “Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану” (зі змінами).

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника в національній валюті України шляхом оплати, яка здійснюється "Покупцем" на підставі видаткової накладної. У випадку, коли Постачальник у своїй пропозиції пропонує поставку товару, за умови передоплати, така передоплата може бути не більше 30% від загальної суми. У такому випадку протягом семи робочих днів після укладення Договору, Покупець сплачує попередню оплату (аванс) за Товар у розмірі 30 відсотків його вартості згідно рахунку наданого Постачальником. Кінцевий розрахунок за поставлений Товар Покупець здійснює протягом 14 робочих днів з дня його отримання на підставі видаткової накладної.
