Description

Забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю становить: 3% від загальної вартості договору у формі застави грошових коштів на рахунку замовника. Учасник-переможець повинен внести не пізніше дати укладення договору про закупівлю забезпечення виконання такого договору. Замовник повертає забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю: 1) після виконання переможцем спрощеної закупівлі договору про закупівлю; 2) за рішенням суду щодо повернення забезпечення договору у випадку визнання результатів спрощеної закупівлі недійсними або договору про закупівлю нікчемним; 3) у випадках, передбачених статтею 43 Закону; 4) згідно з умовами, зазначеними в договорі про закупівлю, але не пізніше ніж протягом п’яти банківських днів із дня настання зазначених обставин.
