Відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.02.2022 року № 169 (зі змінами). Місцезнаходження замовника - 50079, Дніпропетровська обл., місто Кривий Ріг, вулиця Матросова 75 Категорія замовника - підприємства, установи, організації, … зазначені у пп. 3 п.1ст. 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Вид закупівлі – процедура закупівлі - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) дорівнює або перевищує 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень. Застосовані критерії оцінки - Оцінка цінових пропозиції Учасників здійснюється за єдиним критерієм – ціна пропозиції (з урахуванням всіх податків, зборів та інших обов’язкових платежів, які сплачує Учасник). Питома вага критерію – 100%. Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. Відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021 № 590 зі змінами, внесеними Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 22.03.2022 № 346 «Про внесення змін до Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану».
