Дана закупівля була запланована з урахуванням податку на додану вартість ( далі – ПДВ), але помилково при публікації оголошення про дану закупівлю очікувана вартість була зазначена у відповідному електронному полі без урахування ПДВ, що не відповідає умовам запланованої закупівлі. В результаті зазначених дій на етапі кваліфікації перможця було виявлено помилку, яку неможливо усунути, тому дану закупівлю необхідно відмінити
