У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставку Товару здійснюється протягом 5 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником коштів бюджетного призначення на фінансування товару на поточний рахунок Замовника. Будь-які бюджетні зобов'язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюватимуться лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення (ч.1 ст.23 Бюджетного кодексу України).
