Відмінити спрощену закупівлю за предметом закупівлі, Тепловідбивний костюм ТКО-800 код CPV за ДК 021:2015 - «35110000-8 Протипожежне, рятувальне та захисне обладнання» ), номер закупівлі UA-2022-07-30-000027-a з підстави, передбаченої п.2., ч.17., ст.14 Закону, а саме: Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі - неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства щодо закупівель. 2. Протягом одного дня з дня ухвалення цього Рішення оприлюднити в електронній системі закупівель повідомлення про відміну закупівлі згідно зі ч.19., ст.14. Закону.
