Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану» від 28.02.2022 № 169 в редакції Постанови Кабінету Міністрів «Про внесення змін … до постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 і від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169» № 723 від 24.06.2022, Категорія Замовника: пункт 1 частини 1 статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися пропозиції: пропозиція та усі документи, що мають відношення до неї, складаються українською мовою. У разі надання Учасником будь - яких документів, складених іншою мовою, ніж українська мова, вони повинні бути перекладені на українську мову. Визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою
