Замовник здійснює оплату за надані послуги в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань та фактичного надходження бюджетних коштів на підставі Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма № КБ-2в) та Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт (форма № КБ-3), підписаних Сторонами.Можлива затримка бюджетного фінансування не з вини Замовника. Ненадходження бюджетних коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника для оплати послуг за цим Договором, а також несвоєчасне їх перерахування органами Державного казначейства, Сторони визнають обставиною, що має місце не з вини Замовника.
