Розрахунки за фактично та якісно виконані роботи проводяться шляхом здійснення Замовником оплати на поточний рахунок Підрядника, вказаний у Договорі, протягом 45 календарних днів від дати підписання Сторонами акта приймання виконаних проєктних робіт, та будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в (далі – Акт КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою № КБ-3 (далі – Довідка КБ-3), а також підписання Сторонами Акта вводу системи в експлуатацію, погодженого оператором системи розподілу електроенергії.
