Закупівля здійснюється на підставі Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 №169 Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану» (зі змінами). Строк постаки товару до 23 серпня … 2022 року. У разі продовження воєнного стану, оголошеного Указом президента України від 24.02.2022 №64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» та продовженого відповідно до Указів Президента України від 14.03.2022 №133 «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні», від 18.04.2022 №259 «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні», від 17.05.2022 №341 «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні» поставка товару автоматично продовжується на період на який продовжено воєнний стан, але не пізніше ніж 15.10.2022 року.
