Description:

Оплата за фактично поставлений Товар який зазначений в накладній, та відповідає Специфікації (Додатку №1) здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахунку на рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 календарних днів, при наявності коштів на рахунку Покупця. Розрахунки за товар здійснюються у разі наявності при коштів на рахунку Покупця та в межах відповідних бюджетних призначень. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за Товар здійснюється протягом - 5 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем фінансування товару на свій розрахунковий рахунок. Протягом всього періоду затримки бюджетного фінансування до Покупця не можуть застосовуватись штрафні санкції за порушення строків оплати за поставлений товар.
