Description:

Виконавець щомісячно направляє Замовнику підписані зі своєї сторони відповідний Акт приймання-передачі наданих послуг до 5 (п’ятого) числа місяця, наступного за звітним. У випадку відсутності у Замовника претензій/зауважень щодо належного надання Виконавцем Послуг Замовник протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати отримання від Виконавця щомісячного Акта приймання-передачі наданих послуг підписує цей Акт приймання-передачі наданих послуг, або у разі наявності претензій/зауважень направляє Виконавцю мотивовану відмову від його підписання.
