4.2. Розрахунки за Товар, якщо інший порядок не встановлено у Додатку № 1 «Специфікації», здійснюються наступним чином: платіж у розмірі 100% вартості Товару здійснюватиметься протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Покупцем від Постачальника усіх документів, передбачених п. 5.9. цього Договору та підписанням між Сторонами видаткової накладної на Товар. У разі, якщо поставка здійснена лише частково, або партіям (документи визначені п. 5.9.отримані Покупцем від Постачальника лише на частину Товару, зазначеного у Додатку № 1 «Специфікації», оплата здійснюється пропорційно за фактично поставлену кількість Товару.
