Виявлено порушення, яке неможливо усунути на даній стадії закупівлі (технічна помилка, що спотворює результати аукціону, а саме- в оголошені подано бюджет без ПДВ, в документації з ПДВ). Відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі: «неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель».
