Закупівля Молочні продукти різні (UA-2022-08-16-008767-a) скасовується у зв’язку з неможливість усунення виявлених порушень законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, а саме: відповідно до п.7 ст.14 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Замовник протягом одного робочого дня з дня їх оприлюднення зобов’язаний надати роз’яснення на звернення учасників спрощеної закупівлі, які оприлюднюються в електронній системі закупівель, та/або внести зміни до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, та/або вимог до предмета закупівлі. В зв’язку з закінченням періоду уточнень відсутня технічна можливість дати відповідь на запитання. Закупівля буде оголошено повторно.
