1. Відмінити спрощену закупівлю за предметом закупівлі, код ДК 021: 2015 – 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія», номер закупівлі UA-2022-08-17-000136-a з підстави, передбаченої п.2., ч.17., ст.14 Закону, а саме: Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі - неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства щодо закупівель. 2. Протягом одного дня з дня ухвалення цього Рішення оприлюднити в електронній системі закупівель повідомлення про відміну закупівлі згідно зі ч.19., ст.14. Закону.
