Description:

Оплата здійснюється у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту (поставки Товару/надання Послуг/виконання Робіт) з урахуванням Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 червня 2021 р. № 590. Розрахунки здійснюються в межах виділених асигнувань і кошторисного призначення на цю закупівлю. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за (поставлені Товари/надані Послуги/виконані Роботи) здійснюється на протязі 10-ти банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій рахунок.
