На період дії в Україні воєнного стану оплата здійснюється у порядку та з урахуванням обмежень встановлених законодавством, зокрема постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 червня 2021 р. № 590 «Про затвердження Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану» (зі змінами).
